We offer free returns on all U.S. orders. Request a return within 30 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Trying an item on indoors is fine. Include your order number or proof of purchase. These conditions do not limit your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We will provide return instructions and a prepaid U.S. return label.
- Pack the items securely and send them using the supplied label within 14 days of receiving the instructions.
Please contact us before mailing a return. Our headquarters address is not an automatic return authorization.
Exchanges
For a different size or style, contact us to arrange the return. You can place a separate order for the replacement item, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once the return arrives, we will inspect it and email the result. See our refund policy for timing and payment details.
