We currently ship to addresses in the United States. International shipping is not available.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.
- Standard shipping is $6 for orders below $50.
- The $50 threshold is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and any applicable taxes.
Processing and delivery
Our planned processing window is 1–3 business days after payment and order confirmation. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
If tracking is available for your shipment, we will send it to the email address on your order. Contact us if your package has not arrived within the estimated window.
Delays and address changes
Please check your delivery details before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify you with an updated estimate and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a full refund.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries
Email us with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, photos can help us arrange a suitable replacement or refund. You will not be charged return shipping for an error on our side.
