Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee. See the returns policy for eligibility and how to obtain a free return label.
Refund timing
We aim to inspect returns and initiate approved refunds within 5 business days of receipt. Your bank or payment provider may take another 5–10 business days to post the refund. We will confirm by email when we initiate it.
What is refunded?
For an eligible change-of-mind return, we refund the price paid for the returned merchandise, including any applicable tax. Original standard shipping charges are not refunded, except for damaged, faulty, incorrect items or when required by law. Return shipping using our prepaid label is free.
For an order canceled before dispatch, we refund the canceled items and associated shipping charges. If only part of an order is canceled, we refund shipping charges that no longer apply.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and details of the issue. Where the issue is our responsibility, we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund, including applicable original standard shipping charges.
Missing refunds
Check your original payment account, then contact your bank or payment provider. If the refund is still missing after the stated window, email us so we can investigate.
