Using our store
These terms apply to your use of ervenlane.com and purchases from Erven Lane. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with a parent or guardian’s involvement.
Products and prices
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Product images illustrate the style; screen settings may affect how colors appear. Please read the product details and selected options before ordering. We may update products and prices, but an update does not change an order we have already accepted.
Orders and payment
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request. Acceptance depends on payment authorization and product availability. If a product is unavailable or a material pricing error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding and refund any amount collected for an order we cannot fulfill. Available payment methods appear at checkout.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our shipping policy, returns policy, and refund policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Your account and permitted use
Provide accurate order and contact details and keep your account credentials private. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with another customer’s use, or submit unlawful content.
Website content and availability
Erven Lane branding and original store content may not be reused commercially without permission. We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur. Tell us about an error so we can address it.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how order, account, and website information is used.
Changes and applicable law
We may revise these terms for future use of the store. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order. Applicable U.S. and Texas law governs, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
